I took my car to this shop at West Washington Blvd to get the brakes inspected and repaired since the brakes were making constant squeeking noises. The workers there told me the noises were coming from the front brakes. They also told me that the rear brakes were not making noises and "has plenty of life left". After they finished and payed 177 DOLLARS for this repair, I went back home and test drove. The squeeking noises they were supposed to repair came back. What's worse, it was COMING FROM THE REAR.
So tomorrow I went back and was told I had to wait! Huh? After waiting two hours I was then told to come back tomorrow. How annoying! So waited till tomorrow, then when I came back, A different employer told me to wait two hours! AGAIN!
Wow....So knowing I'm probably NEVER going to get my car reinspected and wasting 177 dollars for nothing, I left the store. Never going to another Pepboys store again.
