If I could give negative stars. It would be -5. This company was a third party contractor for Lowes. They were supposed to fix my ice maker 3 months ago. They came out once, said it needed a new ice maker and were not heard from again. When I called Lowes to complain. Lowes showed they had completed the service and claimed they had installed a new ice maker. After I contacted Lowes the company called and said there was a mix up and would install the ice maker. They came out a couple of days later with the wrong ice maker. I hadn't heard from them for another month, until yesterday. When they called to make an appointment to install the new ice maker. The guy was a no show. He showed up two hours late and claimed he had to go to a friends! I'm a customer? There should have been a phone call. Do not deal with this company. Don't even waste your time, they apparently don't want to waste theirs on customers.
