This company is horrible to do business with. They NEVER answer their phone live, probably because they are hiding from angry customer. Tehy are non-responsive, and never return phone calls. . I guess they just don't need the business. It is too bad since they receive direct referrals from Pacific Sales. I have been trying to get my stove repaired for over 6 months with no luck and excuse on top of excuse as to why they haven't received the part for my stove. In case you are referred to them, insist on a different referral, because this company could care less about you and your appliance.
