Not Very Helpful...Specifically when it's THEIR MISTAKE

I purchased a set of frames to replace the opens I broke. When I received them, I was pleased and took them down to LenCrafters to have the lens put in. Well, I was then told I have the wrong size frames, that my lenses will not fit. Not knowing that there was a size (and when I made my purchase on the website, it did not ask me for a size) I called and the CSR gave me option to exchange them for a pair of frames that were the same just a different color. I agreed to that, and then I paid $10.00 to send the frames back, and I waited another week and a half, and when I got the NEW frames, and took them to get the lenses put it, I was then told that they don't fit those either bc they are not the same type of frames as the ones I had! UGH! Called, only to be told, I could pay to ship them back for another refund or exchange. This time I refused to pay for shipping (they are sending me a label with postage)and am trying everything I can to prevent myself from having to deal with them again! Thanks for the STELLAR customer service OPTICS PLANET!!!
