I bought my first ooma system last year and have been very happy with not only their system, but with their support. They're not always fast to answer, but they answer. After having the system for 5 months, it was paid for by the savings of not having a phone bill. I even bought another one to give to my in-laws to allow them and us to call as frequently as they desire!
