I had a good experience with this shop. I took my car in on a Friday morning and although they were busy, my car was ready by the end of Saturday morning, as promised. The owner, Mr. Hernandez, was very helpful in providing details and helpful information for my husband and I. We had gone to another shop before Ontario Auto Repair and were told that the work would be costing us $1,200 but when we took it to this shop they gave us a reasonable price of almost 30% less.
Staff needs a little more help on customer service but overall, its fine.
