Worst customer service imaginable, product not delivered
I am sorry I have to choose one star since they don't deserve one. I ordered a bed in December which claimed to be available for immediate delivery. The entire purchase price was charged to Paypal. After several weeks without communication I began calling
and emailing the company's listed customer service contacts. No one answered the phone or returned multiple emails. Only on one occasion I did reach a person named Garrett who said that the order "should have been delivered" and he would place a new order
which I should get "next week". He could not explain the company's lack of response to multiple calls or emails except that they were "busy after Christmas". (I asked to talk to a manager and was given an extension and an email address for someone named Keisha
who also did not reply to my calls and emails). After a few more weeks I began calling and emailing again with the same lack of response. Finally I sent an email demanding a refund and I ordered the same product somewhere else. That refund demand email WAS
replied to; the reply stated that my order could not be canceled without "written confirmation" from them. I sent 4 more emails in reply asking for this confirmation and demanding a refund. That was on month ago and I have had no response, also have no refund,
and of course the product has not been delivered. I have also filed a complaint with BBB. Do NOT deal with this company!
