Unfortunately, my experience with this company mirrors that of several other customers. I ordered two DVDs through the MovieBusters web site. Like the previous commenter, I did receive an E-mail under the name Nocturnal Pictures for this order that was higher than the on-line order invoice. No explanation as to why. I have made several attempts to contact them regarding the order, both through the Moviebuster Customer Service e-mail address and also via telephone to the number that appeared on my Visa statement. All I receive is an answering machine with a message that they are unavailable and no reference to either company. Since I do not use the Visa card regularly it will be easy to cancel if necessary but contrary to the "advice" on their web site, I do intend to file a dispute on the amount with Visa since they are unresponsive to their designated methods of communication.
