Review 12/13/2010

OK! So I freaked a little. I ordered a DVD from Movie Busters that I couldn't find anywhere else that my brother seriously wants for Christmas. When I got a Receipt for Payment email - it said Nocturnal Pictures. Ummm, I checked both names and found them to be one and the same. No big deal, I thought. But after reading the reviews, I also found out that the company appears to have an unscrupulous history.
I was so freaked by what I read that I cancelled my credit card. I've been a victim before and didn't want that hassle, but after 11 days I received by DVD in the mail. It plays perfectly and is actually a very good copy of a made for TV show.
If this company is legit, they should beef up their website to include contact information. Additionally, they should NOT say that MC and Visa holders can not file a claim against their company if dissatisfied. After this, I will probably not deal with them again, but I have to say that my experience, except for lack of communication with the company, was OK. (They did not respond to email, nor did they let me know that the DVD was shipped).
