My service representive Jolene Fleming 888-250-3289 Ext#613 has been very helpful and stayed in touch by phone and e-mails on a weekly basis,sometimes by e-mail daily. She has negotiated and settled one of my accounts since I have joined in January 2010. Looking forward to settle the rest of my debts and getting back on my feet--much sooner than possible.
