This company is a HUGE scam! If you are thinking about debt consolidation, I would seriously urge you to speak with a banktuptcy attorney regarding your options. Many offer free consultations. Whatever you do, don't enroll with Newpath and expect them to help. I was a client for about a year and found myself much worse off than when I started. For one, one of my creditors sued me. Newpath then told me there was nothing they could do to help me because there was not enough money built up in my account yet to use to settle this debt. What? Probably because everything I had paid them until that point was sucked away by their fees. They continued to debit their monthly fee from me. I had to call my bank to put a stop payment on my account. What a mess!! I am finally getting this all taken care of consulting an attorney. I only wish I had done it a year earlier!
