Hi Cindy,
I just wanted to express my thoughts about Mr Hanavan who filled in for Bill Sullivan last Saturday. Please let his manager know as well. This guy was fantastic! He really explained things really well and in a way that made absolute sense to me. I was so hooked that I wish class didn't have to end that day. The topic of the day was Group Policy in Active Directory, something I never really understood too well. The way it was taught, I learned way more than just reading a book. We also did the lab and practices in the chapter that day which is something we never really do in any other class unless its done on a lunch break. By doing the lab's and practices it really helped to apply what we learned all day and reinforce the topics. I would hope that this gentleman be available for more classes in Server 2003 in the future if they were to come available again. Mr. Hanavan really knows his stuff and teaches very well I think.
