Shawn was called for an electrical problem--as we spoke while he worked I mentioned the the furnace needs checking and the company that put it in has not called me back--Shawn informs me he is licensed in HVAC too----then....Shawn asks if he could use the bathroom--of course--he comes out and says your toilet is running" I knew that but didn't want to call a plumber for something little,,,,,,,SO this polite-professional-clean-non smoking man who knows how to fix stuff---did!!!!!!! I am very grateful His business card is framed and hanging on the wall......LOL
