I choose this company because of the reviews on the this website and because they openly encourge customers to look them up on the BBB. Initially they quoted me the incorrect price (which is why I called them to begin with), but I figured Sal sounded nice and was very helpful so I would go with them at the higher price anyway. Then he misquoted the time frame. I was very specific in telling them when I needed my vehicle to arrive by, and I understand a time estimate, but who is off by 10 days? This company also switches you to a customer service rep after the move is scheduled w/o tellling you and it became very confusing. Sal gave inaccurate information and my customer service rep is very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
