I was dissatisifed with the crew who reroofed my house, I experienced approximately 5-10 leaks after the new roof had been dried in (roof tiles not yet in place), and have experienced an add'l leak within the 1st year. After 2 requests, the company came & repaired the latest leak; however, several months later, they have yet to replace the roof tiles that were removed for the repair (and they indicated that I was placed on the list for the tiles to be replaced).
While the owner & office personnel are courteous, I would recommend using a different roofer. I was (and am) a dissatisifed customer.
