Not a good business.

On March 21, 2012 I ordered 3 dresses in one day for my three granddaughters. I ordered 2 off of e-bay and 1 from My Cotton Candy and paid for all three with PayPal. Both dresses from e-bay arrived within two weeks but I had not received so much as an e-mail from My Cotton Candy acknowledging my order. The only evidence I had that I placed the order was notification from PayPal that the money had transferred. On 4/7, I e-mailed MyCoCa from their website and it came back undeliverable. On 4/9, I still had not heard anything from them so I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. On 4/11, My Cotton Candy answered the dispute by saying my dress was backordered but would ship out April 20th and be delivered by April 26th. BUT, they would not send my dress unless I closed the dispute. PayPal doesn't let you reopen a dispute once you close it so don't close it unless you have 100% satisfaction. I responded to them that I would close the dispute when I got my dress.
Finally on 4/16, I received an e-mail from MyCoCa indicating that they had my order and the dress was back-ordered but would ship out within the week. Before they sent it I had to agree to their terms and return policy which includes:
"Refund if requested will be minus shipping and handling. For free shipping orders, shipping cost for original
shipment will be calculated and will be deducted from your refund. There will be a 35% restocking fee....
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs even if seller is at fault."
That is when I started looking into the company. Plenty of complaints and unresolved problems. I called PayPal with my concern and the next day PayPal reimbursed me. Very grateful I used PayPal!
