I purchased the softwear thinking it would be in perfect working order, I was wrong. I assumed you could use it with singing coach and it would be useful for using for karaoke files. Yet the button to do this was blacked out in the purchased version. I contacted them sorry no you need to upgrade for an extra $99. I said no cna you refudn me please as it isn't scanning hand written sheet music, it alsow on't scan my original ABBA aheet music. They said sorry noit's my problem I was scanning it wrong. I sent the original files 4 times, they didn't reply asking me to send them again as they said theyw ere badly scanned, yet I followed their softwear instructions used originals and used their scanning softwear. I converted the files to midis and it played horribly! missing musical notes from the sheet music and leaving huge gaps for pauses between the next bar ofmusic. The music sounds all over the place. I was upset so contacted again and yet again I am told I odn't know how to scan properly, purchase the upgrade.
Really dissapointed as, they claim I am the rude one for asking for a refund.

This is all pushed onto the consumer as our fault when it won't convert files.

I don't rceommend them to anyone unless they want to be spoken to rudely and told the problems are the customers not theirs! I don't feel a valued customer at all. I just feell like someone who was mugged in the street for $49 and said never mind to.

Terrible company who tryt o tell you all their customer sin 20 years were happy and insist you can not make claims against them.
