Monoprice had a breach in their system that allowed all its customers data (including credit card information) to be leaked out.
Instead of doing the right thing they have tried to cover it up and admit no fault.
Due to their incompetence and lack of ethics, I was put in hard place when my credit card was used fraudulently. This would not have happened if Monoprice had protected its customers information.
So if you shop at Mpnoprice, be aware that your information may get out and they will not help at all.
