Long time customer with recent aggravating customer service experience
|
I have used meritline for years for small electronics and printer cartridges. I liked dealing with a local LA area distributor instead of ebay from China. Recently I had to contact customer service about an item that was not correct. Instead of thanking me for this, I have had to endure endless email submissions and after three weeks each email asks for more documentation. Clueless customer service! The savings are not worth the anger I have had these past three weeks.
