Mens Italy is owned by Mens USA. Their customer service is non existent. I tried to cancel an order four hours after placing the order on a Sunday. Eight hours after I emailed my cancellation I received an email saying it was too late, the order had been shipped. That was Monday morning and they said I would have the shoes on Thursday. Today is Sunday, a week later and still no shoes. I called and talked to the OWNER who was of no help,rude and nasty. I would never order from them again (I have used them previously) and would advise anyone not to order from them.
