I had a bad experience with this place before, but I thought I would give them a second chance since they were close to my house. Brought my car here to get a quick tune-up before a long drive that I wanted to take. Asked them to check everything to get it ready for trip to Vegas and I trusted them to do so. They did a Tune-Up and inspected. They said I was good to go. My car broke down on the freeway the next night coming from work before my trip. I towed it back to Meineke, and they said it was my timing belt and it ended up costing me another $1400. That was bad news, but I woudlnt be writing this if that was it. It took them 2 months to get my car ready. They had a loaner car they said, but it was never available. I had to get my own rental car own. Never took my trip. They never gave me updates on my car. They had a bad attitude when I would walk to the shop and ask questions about my car. I would at times pass by the mechanic and see my car just parked outside. Horrible experience with this place. Dont take your car here unless your simply getting an oil change.
