Company is more than willing to repair your vehicle in an expeditious manner in order to get the payment (3-4 days), but if your vehicle has an issue down the road, they are less than willing to expedite it as they initially did (Since there is no payment, and it is now a warranty issue). I would look around for a more reputable company that has a far superior history, or even references that stand by both their service of the vehicle and their customer service. My vehicle went in for repair 9/08, in less than 12 months, I have been there 7-8 times for incorrect verbal diagnosis. The idea of going back again is not so appealing when you have to deal with Master Automotive Repair in Pomona, CA.
