M&M competently repaired accident damage to my Toyota mini-van, including the discovery and repair of damage hidden from sight of the insurance reviewer. All paperwork with the Allstate insurer was handled electronically without further involvement from me. Work was completed on the day originally estimated, and meanwhile M&M telephoned me every third or fourth day to provide a status update. The staff members were courteous and working efficiently. The waiting area wall is covered with plaques and thank you notes for their ongoing support of various school sports going back more than a decade, a pleasure to see their contributions to community.
