Do not trust this company! Misrepresentation of pet products. Sold products that are not FDA/EPA approved for American usage and not supported by the companies that manufacture them in the US - Merial's Frontline for dogs and Novartis' Program for cats. Received both products manufactured in Australia and shipped via the UK. Called each manufacturing company involved and they both agreed they were not manufactured under the FDA/EPA guidlines for the USA and should not be used - could be harmful to the pets.
Dealing with MAAK Enterprises for purchases and returns is very difficult. There is a definite lack in customer service. I tried to reach them with my problem in using these products and wanted to return them but after leaving numerous phone and e-mail messages, I never heard from them - they never returned any of my calls.
