Apartment move

Well the movers work very hard and appeared experienced. My furnishings were moved from a storage unit into a one bedroom apt. No refrig or stove was included and on occasion, my help was needed to complete the task when we did. This took approx (5) hours.
They would not begin to unload until they were paid up front and at the conclusion additional fees were added (this is where I believe they added their tip). The did not set up my bed (I had to pay someone else for that)or any other fixtures (TV stands).
Unfortunately I had referred them to a friend before my move and she was left feeling the same, they were trying to take her for the tip. My total cost was approx $150.00 over the original quote.
