I have ordered from laptopkey.com twice now. The first time I had no issues. The second time, I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong key type. I requested help via email and Marie got me taken care of. She even offered to send me the correct key at no extra charge. She's been friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. I will definitely order from this website again and I can't recommend them enough.
