Kitchen Emporium, located in Irvine California is and has the most
dishonest, unrelliable and unprofessional staff.
DO NOT trust their verbal promises. Leila denied what she promised and said it's not in the contract. They installed my kitchen cabinet last Nov. 2009, messed up 6 drawers/doors. I have to call them almost weekly since Nov. 09 regarding the replacement and finally gave up.
They replaced the first 2 doors Jan.09, then 2 doors March 09
and now is May 09 they still have not replaced my 2 drawers.
Talking to the owner and Gen Manager is a waste of time, no one
will pay attention to your complain after you signed the contract.
On top of it, the job was not professionally done. !
