Do not have your rugs/carpets cleaned here

To be honest I am not sure what service they offer that I haven’t read a complaint about. Last week I had the guys come out to clean the living room and an are rug. My bad for not looking into the terrible reviews before hiring them but, what everyone else says about the horrible process that Kiwi services calls “cleaning” is absolutely true. The technician brought with him a floor buffer machine (like you see used on hard surface floors) and proceeded to polish to surface of my living room carpet and handmade wall area rug using a spray bottle full of some sort of watered down orange essence solution. I asked off the phone about their process on cleaning area rugs and neither the sale stuff no the technician on site could actually explain the process to me. I was annoyed at first, paid my $250 and called it charity. But now I am completely disheartened as the more I read reviews the more I realize that this is what they do to every customer. Their process is horrible and neither the carpet or the rug are any cleaner than they were before. They should not be in the business of carpet cleaning. I would give no stars if I could.
