It has been almost 7 months since we started this "modification" process. So far nothing has happened and our point of contact will not respond to our e-mails requesting a status or update.
I just checked the Better Business Bureau and the rating for this company is a "F". I should have checked the Better Business Bureau rating and complaints prior to handing over the $3,500.00 check for a modification.
At the very least you would expect the person handling your modification to answer your request for a phone call or a status update. Very disappointed so far and depending on what transpires over the next month, I may have to consult with an attorney.
