Do not use IPod Battery Depot under any circumstance

I ordered an iPad battery with installation tools and guide while paying for 1-2 day delivery. The battery only was delivered on third day with no tools or installation guide (useless without the installation tools). Battery looks used. They never answered
or returned numerous phone calls. Nor did they respond to online inquiry. The only thing that keeps me from saying it was outright fraud is the actual delivery of a battery, even if it was used. I wish I'd read all the negative reviews first!
