The battery was received but would not work in my phone. I called them to speak with a Tech and they do not let you speak with them, but if you send your phone to them they will install the battery for a fee. I didn't have the time to wait for that process. I asked to speak with a manager and they wouldn't do that either. I paid to have the battery sent back ($8.00)and received an email stating that because the battery was opened I was only eligible for a 30% cash refund. How are you supposed to know if its going to work if its in the package?! Called them again and they said they will only ship a replacement battery which I am sure will not work either. They stated they never had 2 batteries ship out that didn't work. If it doesn't work I will need to ship it back ($8.00)and they will address it then, and possibly let me talk to a manager. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! A COMPLETE RIP OFF. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
