Inland Smog and Repair is the most unprofessional auto care center I have ever patronized. I took my truck in for a smog check on Tuesday. $700 and four days later, I still did not have my truck back. I was told that they were not sure why the truck wouldn't pass after the $700 worth of repairs, and that they had no idea how long it would take until the on-board computer was able to enable the truck to pass smog. I eventually just picked my truck up so that I could go to work after taking two days off to get it fixed. (Keep in mind that I was told it would be fixed in a few hours). I now feel trapped since I have already paid for the repairs to take it back to this horrible place to get my smog certificate (already paid for as well). I just don't understand how this shop can not even give me an estimate on how long it will take to fix.
