This company is awful to do business with. It was my first (and only) time ordering from them. I ordered three items and only received two. Of course, my credit card was charged for all three items. Simple mistake, I thought. Well, I have been trying to get it figured out for over a week. Their customer service is a joke. The contact number rarely takes you to a real person. The one time I called and actually got a person I was told that she would let them know about my problem and I would be contacted via email within 24 hours. That didn't happen; I was never contacted after that phone call. Any time I tried to call after that I got a recording saying there was a large call volume, and to use the website's contact page to send an email, and they would respond as soon as possible. I also did that, several times, and never got a response. I just now (after almost 2 weeks of this) got an email responding to probably my second or third email (out of maybe 10) saying I would be getting a refund soon and they would let me know when that happened. I really don't know if that will happen or not. Regardless, I will never be doing business with them again, and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
