This company is the definition of misleading advertising. I looked at that ridiculous picture of the 80 year old woman turning into a 20 year old beauty every time I got on the internet for a month until I finally decided I would click on the ad. It sounded simple enough - just pay shipping of $3.95 and they send you enough product for 30 days. So I thought - ok - I will give it a try. What a SURPRISE, when I got the product two weeks later with a letter stating that I was now a "member" and would begin to receive a new shipment of products every month for $96.35. Also, by the time I was reading the letter I had only two weeks to react to this news. Despite extreme reservations I decide to at least try the product for a week. In a day I had an allergic reaction to it - my eyes were itching like crazy. Now I realize that I have to quickly figure out how to get out of this online nightmare. I learn that to cancel I have to call or go online for a special RA # in order to send back the product to them. It took about 15 minutes online to confirm my cancellation. But wait - I now have to ship back the product in two weeks or I will be charged the full amount of $205.00. This is just unbelievable. So today, I called the company and spoke to a customer service representative. I tried to explain that I had a reaction to the products and did not want to spend more money to send it back. He said that I had to or be charged the $205. I was very disappointed with his answer and when I explained that this was a very misleading situation he promptly hung up the phone. So my advice - if something looks too good to be true - it probably IS!
