Since turning my apartment building over to Diana Welcer and her crew at 624Home to manage, I have been able to breathe a sigh of relief! She has been the best thing to happen to the property -- cleaning it up, stablizing the tenants, and bringing in new tenants. Definitely hardworking and very honest, she understands my need to minimize costs but also knows what needs to be done in order to get the right tenants in there.
I truly have nothing bad to say, she has been nothing but absolutely terrific during this challenging time. I wish market conditions were better but definitely give her 5 stars for all the effort she has put forth! THANK YOU DIANA!!!
