I ordered some lingerie items from them in the past. It took them over a month to shipped it. I gave them a benefit of the doubt and ordered three black dress for my shoot in Chicago. I placed the order on March 20th. I'm writing this review on April 8th and up to this day I still don't have my package and my shoot is supposed to be tomorrow.
I called on March 31st inquiring about my package. I spoke with Tina. She told me that I'll received it on Monday, April 4th. I never got it instead I got an email saying they just shipped it the day I'm supposed to receive it according to her. Waited the next day, still no package. I left on Wednesday with no dress. I had them shipped it to Chicago but they charged my credit card again. So far, I paid almost $400. I got the package but it was someone else's order. It was an angel wings (I think at this point, I need a devil accesories since I had it with them). Well, angel wings doesn't even cost at least $50 as far as I know. I called at least 50x and there was no answer when they supposed to be open on Fridays til 4p, California time. All I want is my dress for my shoot and for something I paid, I deserve to have it. I'm asking for full refund. I deserve the three dress for free (worth about $200) for inconvenience and missing my shoot!
