Did not feel the company made wise decisions in the care of ms. Roberson from a healthcare perspective. A decision was made to move her into an assisted living facility when she would have preferred to live at home with her family. She then needed to be placed on psychiatric medications, and began to deteriorate health wise and mentally. Financially, it was more expensive for her to live away from her family. Questionable judgement by this business when it comes to conservatorship. I also observed tension between the family and conservator. Numerous times ms. Roberson hated to see the conservator and all the caregivers, she just wanted everyone to go so she could be with her family.
