Hautelook did not fulfill their transactions on the agreed date.
Customer service claimed it was not their fault, even though I called them to confirm my deliver instructions on 2/4. It was clearly Hautelook's mistake. I understand people/companies make mistakes, but they need to fix it- not ignore it.
They told me to contact another company, their supplier, expect I did not purchase from their supplier, I purchased from Hautelook. As a Hautelook customer, I should not have to deal with their suppliers. Hautelook needs to pay attention to their customer's complaint, not pass them off.
I asked to speak to a manager (Emily Ramirez), who never contacted me back. They ignore all customer problems.
