HauteLook is an absolutely wonderful members only shopping experience. Their line is a little more affordable than other vendors such as Gilt Groupe, and their styles are a geared a bit towards a younger crowd.
This is perfect for me as a recent college graduate - I can find more upscale brands for sale, but can also find items within my price range. They're very easy to deal with, and my order has always arrived on or before the predicted shipment date. I regularly buy from them, and if you only want to belong to one exclusive sales community, this is the place for you.
I haven't had any problems with them - which is a good thing - so I don't know how their customer service is regarding returns or claims, but from cosmetics to home furnishings to men's, women's and children's clothing, they have an excellent selection daily. Even my dad likes browsing their sales!
