Very shady. They told us they had negotiated with our lenders and when we checked up on it, they hadn't even talked with anyone. They also charge up front fees before they do anything with the lender. No thanks! I would be curious to know if we would have given them any money if we would have received any results, and if not, would we have gotten any of our money back like they said they would do.
