Please be very careful if this company calls you re: Home Loan Modification. We sent them $795.00 for the packets to send to both lenders and their were errors on both of them. When we tried to contact them to get them fixed we got no response. My husband tried email, calling Lucy, our Processor and we NEVER did get a response. My husband finally asked for a refund on the grounds of "service not provided". We got nowhere then either. We filed a complaint with the BBB which they are not a member of. They have not responded to that either. When Justin called me and offered their services he promised me that the packets would be just what our banks wanted. He told me he was with MAHEC. There is no such company at the address we were given. So BEWARE if you are struggling with your home loans, don't use this company. You will just be out $795.00 and get nowhere with your banks. Our packets that they sent us are still sitting on our dining room table just as a reminder not to go there again. We are going to talk to our Attorney General, California's Attorney General and anyone else who might be able to help us. Also, I have been told we can call our banks ourselves, ask for the loan mitigation dept. or loan modification dept. so that also will be our next step. We will explain the paperwork that we received from HEC (MAHEC as they 1st called themselves) and see what we can do on our own.
