Guardian Client Services took $1,600 from me and never settled any of my debts. All they did was take my money and do nothing. Finally I was sued by one of my creditors since 8 months had gone by and Guardian had not contacted them. They didn't contact my other creditors either. They have done nothing for me except make my situation even worse. When I demanded answers, they cancelled me and kept my money. The branch I signed up with was in Newport Beach, but has the same name. I have filed a complaint with the Dept. of Justice.
