This company has taken payments for 10 months and lied about settling with B of A.
Guardian Client Services sent checks to B of A from some obscure bank in Oaklahoma all of the checks bounced.
We have repeatedly asked for an accounting of where our payments went with no response.
We are now in the process of taking Guardian Services to court.
Do not use this debt settlement company!! It is a rip off !!!
