We have been trying to work with since 12/09. When I spoke with them they said it would only be a six month process. Here it is $6,500 later on 4/24/2011 and are still getting calls from creditors because nothing has been taken care of. Every time we try to call, sometime we will talk to someone briefly to say they are not familiar with are account and they will have to call back and then we never hear from anyone.
