I thought that not being able to see shipping charges before final check out was weird but I went ahead. I was charged $25.90 on a $89 purchase of 3 plastic Groundwater diverters; total weight of box 6 lbs as per UPS ground shipping label. I called about returning the items because I bought different rain barrels. I was told to check the policy of no returns which I eventually found under the notes to shipping section if you scroll way down past International Shipping. Pardon me for being so stupid a consumer as to assume I would be able to return an item like you can for most retail transactions in the USA. It's not like the notice is displayed prominently someplace useful either- it is in smaller type than even Int'l Shipping paragraph it is under. The company may meet the letter of the law by contract but in my opinion it's deceptive by spirit. Caveat Emptor really applies here as far as I concerned.
