Everything about GotPrint has gotten worse

Poor quality, poor customer service, and a huge increase in prices in the last year. Not worth it. We'd been supporting GotPrint for years but will no longer support them. We reached out to their customer service team before leaving this review, so any reply asking us to contact their supervisor or saying that someone will reach out to us is not sincere. We will be taking our business elsewhere. We expect much more for the recent price increase.
