I'd procrastinated on having an eye exam for 2 years, even though I am nearsighted and need glasses occasionally. I made an appointment with Dr. Golden, and the staff were really friendly. They set me up with an appointment for the very next day, and took the time to make sure they looked up my health benefits.
My eye exam was great. All staff were extremely professional and helpful. Dr. Golden was very friendly and he helped me feel at ease during my appointment. He explained the different procedures during the exam, and when he noticed something strange with my retina he took extra care to review it and had the other doctor check me out as well.
I've never had such a thorough check up, and i appreciated the high quality of service. The staff also helped me pick out new frames, make the process extremely easy. I'm glad I found this office, and would recommend it to anyone.
