this was the 2nd time i have dealt with GoMerch. had 2 dealings over the phone. 1st time maybe little over a year ago, was helped by the friendliest girl. don't remember her name, but she was AWESOME. Had to call again the other day due to a lost package. couldn't get help from post office so i called and got Heather. she helped me take care of the issue and got my shirts to me in 2 days. plus she was SUPER nice on the phone!! She ROCKED!!! I think you should give Heather a huge THANK YOU HUG from me!! Keep up the GREAT work GoMerch!!! sheri cadmus
