This place has the worst customer service we have ever encountered. We are on our third futon couch from this place. The second two were warranty replacements. The one we have now had hinges that were rotted through and the screws were pulling out of the wood, when we received it. Straight out of the box! We contacted them several times; they never respond back to us. Finally, about 2 months later they tell us we are SOL. So now we have a couch, with no arms, sitting on our living room floor. The second replacement didn't last 2 months before the seams starting coming apart, just like the first one. We have no children or pets and are both quite small. It sits in our living room and is rarely used as a bed. We use it to sit on in the evenings after work. I guess they are made only to look at and not to use. If you want furniture to sit on, don't buy it here!!!
