We were looking into buying new beds about a couple of weeks ago(1 or 2). We saw an ad, call them up and they appointed a meeting so they can come over so we can look at there collection of furniture. When the meeting took place everything went well. We saw the beds and what not.
Second day came so we can "arrange" the order. The guy who came (Goes by the name Jose 5'10 speaks Spanish, brown light orange hair) wrote the order ask for a deposit of $180, we agree. Said we would get the beds in 3 days. That day never came. We called him.... didn't answer....we called the company they saw the order we had place. They told us that do to some "car problems" the beds wouldn't arrive till 5 days later. SURPRISE, nothing came, we called the guy again didn't answer so we called from a different phone...he answers. Yet another excuse.
Then August 28, 2011 we get a voice mail from him saying how we were going to get the beds on Monday August 29, 2011. well guess what? Nothing came.
Overall don't do business with these people, there customer service doesn't help, hang up on us, very rude.
We're not going to let this pass....
